Bread and butter made me more emotionally distraught than 60 dead from the latest shooting.

The emotional pain of a traumatic childhood hides within every single thought.

"Keep fighting, it gets better", or so they say. But has anything really changed.
New days bring new faces, but the pain still lingers like a coffee stain on a brown tee shirt.

Life's too short to waste with pain. It's a shame. And when the dust settles, the Beauty that once was no longer remains. It doesn't take a gun to kill someone, just a simple goodbye.

The ease of a carefree childhood is a commodity commonly confused with "normal". Life is anything but normal. Bread and butter is anything but abnormal, yet the memories it bring haunt like a ghost. Relentlessly hauling like winds in the middle of the tree branches on a late October night. No peace or silence will come. No love or joy will arise in a body devoid of spirit. Devoid of meaning.

The TV transmits pain and violence. Innocent people killed just to make a point. Life thrown away as quickly as it came. God, It's a shame.
